I found the hotel to be fairly average. The rooms were spacious, but unfortunately, they couldn't keep up with the heat, which wasn't communicated beforehand. On the bright side, they are what you would expect for the price, and the location near the GYM was convenient.

The rooms were spacious but had trouble maintaining a comfortable temperature, which was a letdown in the heat. However, they were what you'd expect for the price, and being close to the GYM was a plus.

The service at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While they did go above and beyond in most aspects, there was a hiccup with the person who answered my call regarding the beds. On a positive note, they were attentive in many other areas, even taking the extra step to help with things like dry cleaning and housekeeping.

The hotel's location was quite decent, with a few good restaurants nearby and being close to various attractions. It suited my needs while in Dallas, and being downtown made it convenient for exploring different places.

The Doubletree hotel had excellent rooms, very nice and clean, and stayed quiet and cool even on the 10th floor. However, the customer service could be improved a bit.
